About Gospel4Grampian (G4G) Radio

G4G RADIO was founded by Rob Rowe in 01 June 2006,  and celebrates 18 years (2024) of Broad casting. Rob Rowe is co-Founder of G4G; and a dedicated Director, Broadcaster and Station manager of G4G.  Rob has achieved great strides in radio ministry; on air and online radio G4G reaches >80 countries around the world each quarter.  Rob's personal vision is to reach people in the continents of Europe Africa and Asia, and the rest of the world- by reaching people of every tribe and language group around the world - ref Matthew 28:18-20.  The core scripture for Gospel4Grampian is John 10:10 which can be paraphrased such that whatever the world throws at us, Christ has come that we might live Life to the full.  WOAC's heart to see empowerment accords with G4G vision ref John 10:10 where we encourage and enlighten believers to recognise the importance of heritage given through their relationship with God through Christ Jesus. Now this is what makes the collaboration between G4G and WOAC empowerment programmes instrumental - both parties want believers to fulfil their God given mandate on this earth, and we do this by advancing lives throughout continents via Radio Broadcasting inspiration and empowerment.

Gospel4You

Gospel4Grampian also produces  'Gospel4You'  This goes out on Shortwave and Medium wave and on line every Monday over Europe, North Africa and The Middle East, supporting Rob's personal vision.  Gospel4You aspires to be a terrestrial radio both in the UK, and also having programmes going out in Africa, Asia and the rest of the world.  "Internationally, a large part of what is done should be about empowering people locally in different countries to deliver targeted radio programmes for their regions; and language groups; so that The Gospel can be made relevant and believers can work locally to present the full Gospel,  so that people can be self actualised and empowered." Rob Rowe

WOMEN OF AFRICA CARE EMPOWERMENT PROGRAMME "FRIENDS"

WOAC addressing women and youth development is relevant in that it forms part of SA national and global sustainable development goals.  The FRIENDS empowerment programmes are designed strategically to offer women and youth the environment to identify their talents and self-develop in reaching potential - 6-8 Hours per session of empowerment enables attendees to develop vision, purpose and growth track for their lives. To envision this outcome WOAC is looking for collaborative partners, who will come alongside in the following ways to support the empowerment of women and youth:

  1. Collaboration partners - e-learning platforms accessibility, venue for in-person lectures, catering costs/props. WOAC take the empowerment programmes to the community and corporate environments therefore lecture/classroom are necessary.
  2. Sponsorship of attendee fees - (available on request).
  3. Collaboration partners and Sponsors will be acknowledged by brand image on WOAC platforms namely empowerment events, website, and social media.
  4. Sponsorship of women and youth empowerment roadshows in rural and remote towns.
  5. Sponsorship of Quarterly Empowerment activities (networking functions, empowerment rallies, High Tea for Women in Leadership Conferences].
  6. Sponsorship of Young Adult Life Orientation (Bootcamp) outreaches youth ages 15- 4th year university students.
  7. WOAC will provide opportunity for volunteer workers to participate in our community development outreaches, thereby gaining exposure in educating and empowering women and youth, and in SED initiatives in giving back to the community through serving time.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF WOAC PROGRAMME FOR OUR COLLABORATIVE PARTNERS AND INVESTORS?

For National and Provincial regulators - WOAC programmes supports governments global transformation agenda advocating gender equality, by creating an enabling environment for Women and Youth to perform at self-actualisation and transcendence levels of confidence – the fruits of this performance level are excellence, integrity, good character, accountability, responsibility, leadership savvy, therefore less risk to corruptive practice, poor results and non-conformances.

For Local municipality and community stakeholders – raising up Women and Youth in Communities with leadership heart "Leaders are influential" to transform their communities through "See One, Do One, Teach One."

Women in Education (WIE) - advancing peer educators, teachers, role models, lecturers to lead in their place of purpose with confidence, diligence, and commitment with a “teach one” attitude. Peer educators/leaders who attend the WOAC Women in Leadership and self-actualisation training programme have the necessary tools and networks to support them in “teaching their sphere of influence” by being the “See One” that others aspire to learn from.

Women in Business/Industries – The empowered woman can confidently and tenaciously operate in corporate environments and respond confidently to business opportunities such as request for proposals and quotes because empowered women have the business confidence, integrity, business management skills, reliability, accountability, strong networks, tenacious, and excellence to take on leading roles in key positions; and intelligently compiling business proposals that meets tender standards. WOAC empowerment programmes are practical programmes therefore transformative and gives government the confidence that their gender equality transformation bill is fast tracked through WOAC self-actualisation, women in leadership and women in business programmes.

WOAC FRIENDS empowerment is a movement, that is vigorous and full of thought-provoking empowering inspiration thereby creating momentum in encouraging students to maintain personal growth momentum. WOAC also offers structured coaching and mentorship programmes to help women and youth to keep moving forward and growing and flourishing in their places of influence.

Women Of Africa Care FRIENDS initiative is advanced through collaboration with private and public stakeholders who share a common vision of "empowered women and youth having meaningful participation in economic activity and having influence in their respective spheres."
