1. WOAC FRIENDS movement has lots of energy and momentum exhibited through our monthly and quarterly empowerment events. The regularity of these empowerment initiatives is intentional as a discipline tool to help women and young girls to maintain growth track. Women and Young Girls connected to Women of Africa networks through Facebook Page, Youtube and Website share in the empowerment live streaming, or attend as studio live audience to extract the essential motivational and inspirational guidance of experience panelists so viewers stay on their personal growth track path.  Events are often live streamed and all events are recorded. FRIENDS empowerment vision spreads across 3 continents Africa, America and Australia - as such live streaming and virtual empowerment methods are essential for reaching our sphere of impact.
2. WOAC gender and youth empowerment offers the following packages:

1. Confidence booster – Mentoring, Coaching support offered by WOAC assists women to streamline their talents against all odds
2. Networking Platforms  "We rise by lifting others" – WOAC builds bridges for women to exercise their potential through business networking, exhibition participation, community activity participation are some platforms that women can confidently show case their talents /business ventures that will enable them to generate income/and expand their place of influence
3. Momentum Booster – WOAC Quarterly and Monthly empowerment initiatives serves as a catalyst for women to maintain continuous improvement in their place of purpose and expand to new levels of transcendence
4. Community Builders – The philanthropist mindset!  WOAC  SED initiatives are scheduled monthly, 12 months in the year and is used as a mechanism to develop community builders. We willing serve our community and collaborate with philanthropists who share the heart of serving people, so that the energy and heart attitude of serving will shape the heart of women and young girls to selflessness where they serve in sincerity, kindness and caring. A selfish heart cannot build communities! WOAC aims to raise up women of transcendence who build legacies for the generations ahead to build from. Legacies cannot be build  on selfish foundations!
5. WOAC movement aspires to transform communities and nations through the “See one, Do one and Teach one” mission. The desired outcome is “You raise a woman, you raise a community,” You raise the youth, you raise the next generation.”
