- WOAC FRIENDS movement has lots of energy and momentum exhibited through our monthly and quarterly empowerment events. The regularity of these empowerment initiatives is intentional as a discipline tool to help women and young girls to maintain growth track. FRIENDS empowerment vision spreads across 3 continents Africa, America and Australia - via airwaves / empowerment sessions / workshops
- WOAC women and youth empowerment offers the following packages:
- Confidence booster – Mentoring, Coaching support offered by WOAC assists women / youth to streamline their talents against all odds
- Networking Platforms "We rise by lifting others" – WOAC builds bridges for women / youth to exercise their potential via community activity participation on air/ off air are some platforms that attendees can confidently show case their talents /business ventures that will enable them to expand their place of influence
- Momentum Booster – WOAC Quarterly and Monthly empowerment initiatives serves as a catalyst for attendees to maintain continuous improvement and expand to new levels of transcendence (legacy makers) by fostering an environment where personal and professional growth is encouraged through innovative programs and support networks.
- Community Builders – The philanthropist mindset! WOAC SED initiatives is used as a mechanism to develop community builders. We willing serve our community and collaborate with philanthropists who share the heart of serving people, so that the energy and heart attitude of serving will shape the heart of women and youth to selflessly serve people in sincerity, kindness and caring. A selfish heart cannot build communities! WOAC aims to raise up women of transcendence and youth who glean from the leaders of this generation to build positive legacies!
- WOAC movement aspires to transform communities and nations through the “See one, Do one and Teach one” mission. The desired outcome is “You raise a woman, you raise a community,” You raise the youth, you raise the next generation.”

SPRING FESTIVAL
Women of Africa Care Spring Festival involved Celebrating Womanhood. We celebrated our community sisterhood in style, enjoying the outdoors and embracing our uniqueness one-woman-to-another. Tawana Orphanage Founder Sylvia and Tshegofotsa Rona women and children abuse community home residence with founder Cynthia Dilane attended the Spring Festival. An amazing afternoon it was as hearts were healed from abuse, violence, rape; where forgiveness was chosen and wholeness was restored. A time of restoration and refreshment it was for all who joined in the festival. Today taught us that we need the sistahood, woman-to-woman embracing our uniqueness and emotional being. Let us embrace our emotions as strength and not weakness. Happy Spring from Women of Africa Care
