WOAC Economic Development Department offers a basket of ED services, giving clients the flexibility to choose scope of services in line with organisational business needs. We offer one-stop ED solutions from developing ED strategy, plans, policy and implementation, to reporting and monitoring, forecasting and more. The one-stop-service option is a 'virtual' (outsourced) ED department, giving clients the assurance that WOAC deliverables are underpinned by the clients transformation vision and business imperatives. We are out of client office sight, but not out of performance. For clients in need of specific scorecard element attention - we offer individual element scorecard support. Due to the nature of ED standards of reporting clients organisational confidential data is disclosed to WOAC ED Department - WOAC acknowledges the transparency for reporting and management purposes; and respects the disclosure by signing non-disclosure agreements with our clients so that each client's business disclosure is managed with integrity and confidentiality. WOAC BBBEE services offer customized solutions to cater for organisational business targets. We assist in set-up of special purpose vehicles for infrastructure development projects, and manage SPV BEE performance to achieve clients targets. We offer a "virtual BBBEE department" giving clients the assurance that their BBBEE performance is sustainable, whilst WOAC might be out of sight WOAC is not out of mind in terms of clients BBBEE performance targets. WOAC is passionate about community development and enterprise development in that the Founder is a philanthropist, and seeks collaboration in SED and Enterprise Supplier Development initiatives to support community development and SMME business empowerment more economically. WOAC also offers skilled SED and ESD practitioners to assist client manage their corporate social investments. WOAC BBBEE service packages includes strategy, development, policy, implementation and monitoring and evaluation of BBBEE elements.
